About the role:
Responsibilities
- Advise on national and cross-border M&A transactions as well as corporate restructurings, working in close collaboration with the responsible partners.
- As an Associate or Senior Associate, with guidance from a mentor, take end-to-end responsibility for sub-projects across the entire transaction lifecycle—from due diligence and contract negotiations to closing and post-merger integration.
- Advise corporate clients and entrepreneurs on transactions and corporate law matters, developing pragmatic and high-quality solutions.
- As a member of a Corporate/M&A team specializing in deep tech, manufacturing, and healthcare transactions, take on key responsibilities and systematically sharpen your professional consultant profile.

Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant professional experience in, or a deep interest in, the field of Corporate/M&A.
- Passion for entrepreneurial thinking and teamwork, coupled with a professional demeanor when interacting with sophisticated clients.
- Two State Examination in Law (Zwei Juristische Staatsexamen), with a grade of at least "vollbefriedigend" in either the first or second exam.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
